"If we winter this one out, we can summer anywhere."
-Seamus Heaney, 1972
Over the last several weeks at home you will have read lovely inspirational messages, seen plenty of museum virtual tours, texted with all of your family and friends, cooked more than you have in years, home schooled your children or husbands, walked and walked and walked, watched Outbreak, Contagion, the Two Popes, answered your home phone which you didn’t realize still rang, scrubbed floors and baths, rubbed your hands raw, thanked everyone in the grocery, pharmacy, etc. for working for you, and pumped your gas with gloves on. If you have adult children they have worried too much about your every move. While we have been busy with these shelter-in-place activities we have missed seeing you. But soon the curtain will be closed on our science fiction movie and we will all be at work again doing what we do best.
COMING MARKET
We have been busy preparing virtual tours of our current and new listings for “opening day.” Inspections completed, pictures taken, ready to go when we get the word. Spring will be a bit delayed this year, but it will bloom with wonderful color and when it does summer can't be far behind. We hope to see you soon.
